Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Cancellations More Than 48 Hours in Advance
Tickets cancelled more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Tickets cancelled within 48 hours of your visit date are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your visit to any available date within 12 months at no additional cost.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled visit, your ticket will be forfeited with no refund. However, you may reschedule within 12 months subject to availability.
Rescheduling Tickets
You can reschedule your visit to any available date within 12 months of your original booking date, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
- Log into your account or use your booking code
- Select "Cancel" or "Reschedule" from the options menu
- Or contact our support team at support@fridavisitorcenter.com
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Special Circumstances
If the museum is closed due to extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, severe weather, government orders), we will offer a full refund or reschedule your visit at no cost.
