What's Included

Booking Details
Tickets are valid for the date and time selected during checkout. Please arrive 15 minutes early for standard tickets and 30 minutes early for guided tours to ensure a smooth entry.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your visit date with a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
Group Bookings
Special group rates available for parties of 10 or more. Contact our support team at support@fridavisitorcenter.com to arrange your group visit and receive a quote.
Discounts Available
Students, seniors (60+), and children (under 12) receive 50% discount on admission tickets. Valid identification required at entry. Proof of status may be requested.
Accessibility
Visitors with disabilities receive free admission. Companions also receive complimentary entry. Wheelchair accessible routes and elevators available throughout the museum.

Yes! You can purchase tickets for multiple dates in a single transaction. Each ticket can be for a different date and time, and each will be individually confirmed with a unique booking code.
